- Some clickable elements do not have the necessary spacing. This fails WCAG 2.2 AA 2.5.8.
- Not all controls change appearance when they are selected. This fails WCAG 2.2 AA 2.4.7.
- The ‘sort by’ menu on the downloads page does not have sufficient contrast with the background. This fails WCAG 2.2 AA 1.4.11.
- Some pages require you to scroll horizontally to view all the content. This fails WCAG 2.2 AA 1.4.10.
- Some images contain embedded text which cannot be read by some assistive technologies. This fails WCAG 2.2 AA 1.4.5.
- Videos have transcripts and captions which may not be detailed enough to meet all users’ needs. This fails WCAG 2.2 A 1.2.1 and WCAG 2.2 A 1.2.3.
These have been passed to our developers for remediation, by the end of Q3 2025. We will update the statement as they release new fixes.
